    Xing Guang Media Hotel, which is invested and constructed by Xing Guang Film & Video Park and committed to CCTV Media Center is a complex media community that includes accommodation, entertainment, commercial activities and media service. Combine with hard background of TV programming and soft environment of advanced managing method from Media Center , the hotel is a communication and service platform for expert and TV crew.

     The project has two parts and covers 50,000 ㎡ . The first phase is a three-star center, which involves the biggest studio in Beijing, 2200 ㎡ ; the second phase is the four- star main building and supporting building.

    Three-star hotel of the first phase: To the east of the programming building and occupies more than 16,000 ㎡ ; the hotel has 112 unit rooms with complete facilities, like telephone, optical fiber and unique restaurant, café, practice room, etc.

    Four-star hotel of the second phase: About 32,000 ㎡ of building area containing main building and a supporting one. There are six floors in the main building, which is 24,000 ㎡ and are divided into the hall, service area and rooms. Supporting building has four floors, including meeting room, VIP room, banqueting hall, restaurants, bookstore, swimming pool, etc.
